What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Please go to Login, enter your registered email/mobile number, click continue, and then click Login with OTP.

An OTP will be sent to your registered email/mobile number.

How will I know that AJMAL has received my order?

We will send an order acknowledgement email within 24 hours. Please contact us with your order details if you do not receive this email. Please note that this is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is not accepted by us until you have received an email from us confirming that the order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Customer Service cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped. Your order will be processed and a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Upon delivery, if any items are unsuitable and meet the Return Conditions, please follow the instructions in Returning your Purchase.

Which currency will my purchases be made in?

Purchases and shipping costs are charged in the nominated currency of the shipping destination.

At Ajmal.com, we accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery.

Why was my credit/debit card or other payment method declined at checkout?

If you receive notification that your credit or debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please ensure that:

The card details or payment information entered are correct. For example, your 16-digit code is correct, you have selected the correct card type, the 3 or 4-digit security number is correct, and your credit or debit card has not expired. Verify that you entered your payment information correctly.

How do I return an item I ordered online?

Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Alternatively, orders cannot be returned or exchanged at Ajmal Perfumes retail stores within the country of shipping.

Please note that online exclusive products and special offers cannot be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return online exclusive products or special offers using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs.

Important: We do not accept LIABILITY for goods returned using any method other than our collection service.

Return Conditions

Products eligible for return

A. Perfumes, Hair mist, Deodorants, Powders & Body Lotion

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country. You must request a return within seven (7) days of order delivery. Returns will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or product mismatch.

Returned items must be in their unused original condition with all Ajmal Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.

Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything that we at Ajmal Perfumes reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. In such cases, shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Return charges do not apply if you met the above conditions.

B. Agarwood & Perfume Oils

Agarwood items are non-returnable.

Perfume Oils are non-returnable.

Process upon receiving return request

Upon receipt of the return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by your payment method's bank within 7-10 business days. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.

No refunds for cash on delivery orders. Refunds will only be accepted for orders paid via online payment methods.

If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the refunded amount may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

Can I choose a delivery time slot?

No. Unfortunately, we don't offer delivery on a specific date or time slot.

Can I pay with foreign currency for cash on delivery?

No, unfortunately we only accept local currency for cash on delivery orders.

How do I cancel or modify a delivery visit?

After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, our delivery partner will contact you before the next delivery attempt. You can modify your delivery according to your availability. Or you can contact our support team via WhatsApp, email, or chat. Our team will assist you.

Are delivery charges refundable?

No, delivery charges are not refundable.

I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment to arrive?

Under normal conditions, we deliver shipments within 2-5 working days.

How are Cash on Delivery orders refunded?

Cash on Delivery orders are non-refundable. Product replacements are only possible under certain conditions as specified in our Returns Policy.
